Opportunity Link is a connected operating system for a service organization that was running intake on one form, attendance on another, referrals over email, and reporting by hand at the end of each month.

The work was to design one path a person travels through — arrival, intake, check-in, referral, record — and then build the system underneath it so staff enter information once and it stays usable everywhere it is needed.

It is a working system, not a concept. A recorded walkthrough of the live interface is being prepared; until it is in place this page shows the workflow structure rather than a simulated screen.

  1. 01IntakeA person is entered once, with the information programs actually use.
  2. 02Check-inAttendance and visits attach to the existing record instead of a new form.
  3. 03ReferralHand-offs between programs are routed and stay traceable.
  4. 04ProfileOne record holds the history staff need when someone returns.
  5. 05ReportingProgram views are assembled from the same records, not rebuilt by hand.

The Hub

The Hub is a physical arrival experience: a resource space where the first interaction is not a screen but a window, a sidewalk, and a door.

The work covered the visual identity and the environmental pieces around that arrival — window signage across two storefront windows, a door decal, an A-frame sign, and flyers for community distribution.

The intent was legibility and welcome: readable at walking pace and approachable once you are standing at the door. The photographs and video on this page document the installed arrival area — the signed entrance, the A-frame, the resource board, and the printed flyer.

ResumeLab

ResumeLab is a resume-building tool built for a San Diego workforce program, where participants often have real experience but no document that presents it well.

A participant answers plain-language questions about what they have done. The system does the drafting work — structuring, wording, and formatting — and returns a resume the person can edit, use, and bring to an interview.

The application is a separate build and its interface is not yet published for public display, so this page shows the input-to-output structure instead of a screenshot. Real interface captures can be added once they are cleared for publication.

  • Guided, plain-language input
  • AI-assisted drafting and structuring
  • Editable resume output
  • Built for program staff and participants

American Way Windows & Remodeling

American Way Windows & Remodeling needed a website that works the way the business works: say what you do, prove you are licensed and insured, and make it easy to call.

The site is live at awwrpros.com. Service areas, services, and a free-consultation path are the spine of the page, with the phone number reachable from anywhere on the site.

The image on this page is a capture of the live homepage as it is published today.
